the more serious charges are still being held.

What surprised me is that when I read the original article, it was 11AM in
the morning...broad daylight.  I had
assumed it was at night.

This cop has a BAC of .19...nearly FOUR TIMES the legal limit...before
lunch!  I think this guy probably has a
drinking problem that goes way back and most likely his fellow officers knew
it.  He was a time bomb waiting for
a place to blow up.

sad for all concerned.
