Maryland to write your MD Assembly reps.
I not a fan of what Graber did before being pulled over.  But I
believe several Maryland laws and policies must be changed by ELECTED
officials.

In any case, it appears to me that the Maryland State Attorney is
interpreting the law far broadly than any other state with a similar
law.  That begs for the law to be amended.
You are the Chair of the Judicial Committee.
I suspect the Superintendent of the Maryland State Police hasn't
replied to your April 20 note.  I believe it is time for Maryland's
elected representative to initiate action and bring the appointed
officials in line.
