No appointment. The "greeters" saw me coming on a motorcycle and just told me to park on the street. After a few minutes, one of the workers appeared to ask for my registration card. He disappeared for a minute or two, then came back with a sticker (the same ones they put on new cages) and a receipt. Outta there in about ten minutes.
