Passing them along, FWIW, from an urban non-gearhead. . It having been a while since being in the market for a battery, it turns out that Advance Auto seems to now have my common 14LA2 in stock a bunch of places - replacing WalMart as the first call. . Expecting it to take longtime to find a replacement foot operated air pump after checking the Net, Target (Arl Blvd.) it turns out had it shelved for a couple of dollars less ($13.64 tot) than Google turned up. (Over the 25 years for my old one, various prices from $25 to $50 kept cropping up.) You 'burbs types may yawn at this, but if it helps just one person . . .. The military has always had a hard-on for motorcycles - this is the first time that I've seen anything in the national press - guess it must be a slow news day at the McCain-Obama follies. -- Michael J.
