Wow!! WTF?!?!? I bet you could win in court with this. I would tell the Judge that the fairing pocket is the only place you can safely store the EZ Pass tag to keep it from being stolen. Just be sure to bring it with you to court. Would I go back to B-more just to argue it in court? Yep the clown that wrote that piece of paying paper would have a bit more paper work to do and possibly get the Judges' ire up for wasting the courts time. Things did not go as planned however. As I was suiting up I busted the Stich zipper stop off the left leg. MUCH cursing ensued with me furiuosly trying to reattach the 2nd pant leg zipper to no avail. In desperation, I checked the backup suit - insulation is out and it's heavily vented. I return my attention to the suit, trim the zipper and still can't attach it. I ran the 2nd zipper all the way to the bottom, suited up & went with the single zipper. The stich has a snap for the pants at the bottom and that worked. The ride to work was far busier than I'm used to as I was 45 minutes later than usual, but still managed to arrive on time. It was a good ride but busy. I must confess that I exploited my bike's acceleration and agility over the BDC's a bit. Not splitting, but any cage that hesitated, I snagged there real estate maintaining a constant forward motion until things tightened up to a dead stop. Once at work, I got the 2nd zipper reattached but it's clear it will have to eventually go back to Stich for a permanent repair. That will be the 2nd time this year (thanks to my March get off). It's more than 10 years old, but I think it has plenty of life left. Oh well, gear has a finite lifespan. I guess I have to start suirreling money away for gear repair/replacement ... I'm missing something here - you were in a parking lot when you go the ticket? Does the lot require an EZ Pass? -- Michael J.
