Norloff COmmented, "I've had a little luck with some parking garages -
working out a cheap rate for parking where cars can't park -
particularly if you can talk with the people who run your own
building's garage. However, some garages - especially commercial ones
- aren't interested in that."

[Carl]: IIRC Leon Boasted of a similar deal with a garage over on 12th
NW.  Probably depends on the gate keeper.
