Subject: [dc-cycles]  HOV violation

got pulled over (in my van) at 4:00 p.m.  for HOV violation @ the
shirlington exit.

( I thought it was 3 p.m. because I forgot to set my clock forward
from the monday morning time change).  Cop didn't care and gave me a
summons instead of a warning (prick).

Anyone know how the arlington courts handle this.. are they
reasonable? non lienient or what?
