I've been there the past few years (and will be again this year) at the Ride for Kids booth (part of the Cycle World booth). There is no specific motorcycle parking that I have ever seen. Just the usual metered/street/lot parking. And the problem on Sundays is you are competing with churches for street space. Metro goes right to the convention center, Mt Vernon Sq 7th St-Convention Center, so if it's easy for you to get on the Metro, that could be your best bet. I usually arrive about 30-45 minutes early and hunt for parking. I'll be there about 10-1 on Sunday.
