Subject: [dc-cycles]  access to skyline

normally you have to pay to get on the road. But looking at my GPS maps
it appears a number of small roads cross Skyline. Has anyone tried
getting onto Skyline thru these back roads?

I've been away for a few years but didn't there used to be a couple of
local metro-area dealers?
